West Indies captain Nicholas Pooran and all-rounder Jason Holder attended a Miami Marlins match at Marlin Park in Florida on Wednesday.
Pooran and Holder were seen playing baseball and exchanging bats and team jerseys with the Miami Marlins Players.
“Cricket meets baseball. I got the opportunity to welcome the West Indies cricketers to Miami for today’s first pitch. Thanks for joining us Jason Holder and Nicholas Pooran,” reported the official Twitter account of the Miami Marlins.
Pooran later tweeted, “Thanks for the experience Miami Marlins.”
West Indies are in Florida to play India in the final two T20Is of the five-match series at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium.
The fourth ODI is on Saturday in Lauderhill, with the first ball at 10.30am.
The Miami Marlins defeated the Cincinnati Reds 3-0 on Wednesday to improve their record to 48-57 for the season.
