The period also includes the ICC T299 World Cup in 2024, jointly hosted by the West Indies and the USA.
Cricket West Indies president Ricky Skerritt said he was delighted the new FTP had finally been agreed.
“They provide some operational and financial security of our medium-term bilateral tournaments and matches in all formats against all other full member countries,” Skerritt said.
He also thanked Johnny Grave and other CWI leaders for their role in driving the negotiations.
“The highlight during this period will be our joint hosting of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in June 2024, where we will partner with the USA to deliver an event of the highest quality on and off the field,” said the Woman.
“Hosting the Men’s T20 World Cup should help inspire the next generation of West Indian youth and reignite the cricketing passion of our fans in the Caribbean and around the world,” he added.
Grave hopes hosting the tournament will provide a legacy and catalyst for the growth of the sport within the US.
“We are also pleased to have once again been able to secure full Indian Premier League and Caribbean Premier League windows for our players as we strive to find a balance between our international commitments and significant earning opportunities for players ours from the Local Leagues. “, said Grave.
