The City of Windsor is set to host its annual Halloween Carnival from 1-4pm on Saturday, October 29 at the Windsor Historical Museum in Boardwalk Park, 100 N. 5th St.
The event will feature trick-or-treating on the museum grounds, as well as building tours, games, activities and giveaways for all ages.
“Each year we look forward to providing this fun opportunity for our community to come together to celebrate Halloween,” said Culture Supervisor Laura Browarny. “We are fortunate to have many local businesses and organizations who are eager to get involved and engage with the community and provide treats and activities for the event.”
The carnival attracts more than 5,000 participants and gives businesses and organizations the opportunity to connect with the community.
An adult must accompany children 15 and older, and costumes are encouraged.
The carnival will coincide with the Windsor Chamber of Commerce’s downtown Trick-or-Treat event, set for 1-4 p.m.
Organizers are still looking for sponsors to help with the event. Sponsorship opportunities start at the cost of the cakes and go up to $750. For more information on how to become a sponsor, go to https://bit.ly/3QQHw2r.
