The annual festival, held at Bradley Fields, took place on Saturday, with organizers estimating a total of over 5,000 attendees.
Organized by a group of volunteers, led by local councilor Tina Mannering, the event had a wide range of activities for all ages.
There was a monster truck show, wrestling and judo exhibitions and a range of classic cars on offer.
Live music was played throughout the day. There was also a petting zoo, dance competitions and many stalls and vendors at the event.

Tina was delighted that all the organizing hard work had paid off, she said: “It was an absolutely amazing day, really good.
“I have to say a big thank you to all our sponsors and all the people who helped organize it, it wouldn’t be possible without them all.
“We’ve had a really good response so far, with people in awe on the day. We think there were more than 5,000 people, lots of families too, as there was something for everyone.
“The responses have been overwhelming, without the praise and encouragement it wouldn’t be the same.”
Tina and the organizing team ensured that with the current cost of living crisis, there were plenty of free activities for everyone to take part in.

She added: “With the cost of living, people don’t have money to spend as many are already saving for winter.
“Having free activities so everyone can get involved is what it’s all about.
“We need the community to have these types of events so people can come out with their families and have fun.”
While Tina and her team are well rested, she hinted that next year’s festival will be bigger and better when asked, she added:
“Of course, our goal is to please people, but we might just need a few weeks off before we start planning anything.”
