WRPS Continue to Investigate Physical Altercation in Kitchener

Waterloo Region, Ontario – On September 14, 2022, at approximately 9:25 p.m., police received a report of a physical altercation that occurred in the area of ​​Activa Avenue and Cotton Grass Street in Kitchener.

A witness reported that the incident involved about 10 to 20 youths.

Upon arrival, officers found an 18-year-old man suffering from a stab wound.

The victim was transported by Waterloo Region Paramedic Services to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is still ongoing by members of the SPRU General Investigations Unit.
