Let us tell you about Sharon Roper
Sharon is a former C-Suite executive at Jamaican Telecoms, entrepreneur and Angel investor. This British Jamaican woman returned to Jamaica about 18 years ago.
Founder and Managing Director of SIAN Associates. She has 25+ years of experience building sustainable brands. Combined with expert project management and business development skills, she is a data-driven, technology-focused brand expert who has successfully completed key assignments spanning Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Caribbean.
Passionate about producing compelling and impactful stories that motivate the people of ACT, she invests in ‘people-driven projects’ and working with clients and start-ups who understand that we are here to make a difference.
Enhanced her leadership skills while at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Accenture Plc, Digicel Group and Columbus Communications (Flow). Recently, at SIAN Associates (“SIAN”) they have helped entities such as; RUBiS Energy Jamaica, Hawkeye, CAC 2000, Urban Development Corporation and OPM, to rebrand, reposition, launch new products, increase market share and build sustainable businesses.
Currently, Board Director of RJRGleaner Communications Group and several start-ups in the technology, services and manufacturing sectors.
